HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing times are between 1~2 business days after the day you placed your order. We will provide a digital sample 24-48 hrs from when the order is placed for your approval. Once the artwork is approved, the item will be sent to production which is between 2-5 business days.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays).
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart.
OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS:
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by and if you would like to choose a different color or item.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email for UPS to be able to track the order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We can ship your order in as little as 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but we ship via UPS Ground from our Houston Warehouse, with most orders arriving within 2-3 business days after shipping.Need it faster? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline!
WHAT TO DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR DAMAGED IN MY ORDER?

WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. With our digital proofing system, you’ll see exactly how your design or logo will appear before we begin engraving, ensuring complete confidence in your order.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes we are located close to downtown houston. Contact us after order is placed and we can set you up for local pickup
ARE THE TUMBLERS DISHWASHER SAFE?
We recommend hand washing your items to preserve the outer color/coating. The most important part is that you immediately dry your item off after washing it.
ARE THE DESIGNS LASER ENGRAVED OR VINYL STICKERS?
All of our designs are laser engraved meaning they will never come off.
CAN WE ENGRAVE IN COLOR?
As of right now, all our items are laser engraved meaning the engraving will only show in a silver stainless steel.
